All first orders are C.O.D. After receiving your credit application (5 references and banking information) we will be happy to extend Net-30 credit after the first order. The third option is to prepay for the merchandise All orders are F.O.B. Santa Maria, California. We do not charge a handling fee, you pay for shipping and insurance charges. Minimum order: $150.00. No minimum on reorders.

RETURN POLICY

You may exchange any merchandise for that of equal value. When reordering please try to let us know what is left on your shelf, so we can help you provide a nice selection for your customers. Any breakage that occurs during transit will of course be replaced. If by accident you are stranded with half a pair of shakers we will be glad to sell you a match for half price. Best way for us to match them is for you to return the remaining shaker. Call for a return authorization number.

EXCLUSIVITY

We offer zip code exclusivity to our customers who order a minimum of $1,500.00 worth of products per 12 month period.

EXTRAS

All our fragrance bottles come with a little funnel, so your customer has a way of filling her bottle. We provide an artist and product information tag with each one of our pieces to give away with each sale.

MEDIA AND ADVERTISING

Customers may download a hi-quality collection of photos for advertising or other promotional purposes. They are in .jpeg format packed in a single ZIP FILE. If any images are used for publishing on the Internet or in Print, please notify us first.
